Brief History

Once a group of cathlab allied healthcare professionals have created a niche in an industry they have learned to love and enjoy, What started as informal agreements to dine out, exchange pleasantries with one another and share experiences inside a fluoroscopically-and-cine-angiographically-radiated cathlab theatres day in and out of their second homes, managers from different hospitals in Metro Manila and suppliers who have become their friends along the way, soon found themselves envisioning a future that is directed towards a unified growth and guided by an effective road map—seeing an established organization that would continue to exist for a good reason. With these core values seeded into their hearts, work began to flourish. After numerous trips to various government institutions, The Cathlab Associates of the Philippines (CLAP), Inc. was born.
