Membership Categories

1. Professional Members– a registered nurse, registered medical technologist, registered radiologic technologist who are actively working in the catheterization laboratory.
2. Associate members– allied health or support personnel including those are actively working in the catheterization laboratory. e.g. Admin. Assistant, Clinical Assistant, Laboratory Aid
3. Affiliate members:
   1. Associated industry suppliers with an interest in the promotion and development of the association’s educational purpose.
   2. Registered nurse, registered medical technologist, registered radiologic technologist who had previously worked in the catheterization laboratory
   3. Honorary members- a registered nurse, registered medical technologist, registered radiologic technologist, who had met the following requirements:
      1. Have previously worked in the catheterization laboratory for a minimum of ten years, provided that:
         • Have made significant contribution to the association or to the field of invasive cardiology and radiology
         • Served on committees or special projects for the Association
         • Served as an officer or committee chairman in the Association.
      2. Have previously worked in the catheterization laboratory for less than ten years, but:
         • Have made significant contribution to the association or to the field of invasive cardiology and radiology
         • Served on committees or special projects for the Association
         • Served as an officer or committee chairman in the Association.
         • Published in national and/or international journals, authoring or co-authoring a book/chapter

*Honorary membership shall be awarded by the Association during the General Assembly after deliberation by the Officers and Board of Directors.
