Visit the Cathlab PH website, click Join Today or go to Membership, then complete and submit the form. After submitting, kindly pay the membership fee and wait for email confirmation of your approval.

Membership
Registration fees for the convention would depend on the status of your membership. In order to avail of the CLAP member convention rates, your membership must be approved.Cathlab staff are encouraged to become members of CLAP to have access to continuing education programs.
CLAP Membership is valid from January-December. This is also reflected in the CLAP
Digital Membership ID found in your account in the website.
Logistics
The Scientific Program can be accessed in the CLAP Website. It will also be available in
the CLAPCon Digital Magazine.
Convention fees include lunch, AM and PM snacks. Dinner will be available for those
who will attend the CLAP Fellowship Night.
Attendees are suggested to be in their best smart casual attire.
There are limited number of rooms at Novotel for the delegates. Please coordinate with
Ms. Mary Lynn Valdez or through Novotel Room Reservation. There are also other
hotels around the area you can choose from.
Claiming your Certificate
Certificates will be sent to your registered email address once you have completely
accomplished the evaluation form.
The evaluation form will be accessed through the Docquity application. Further
instructions will be given on the day of the convention.
The evaluation form can be accessed through the CLAP website at www.cathlabph.com below the events poster of the convention or at the bottom page of your account page.
All sessions were conceptualized for the benefit of our attendees. The evaluation form will also require you to evaluate the whole convention so we encourage you to attend all the sessions.
